The Maryland Attorney General’s Office has identified the man who died following a police response in Silver Spring last month, along with the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) officers involved, as an independent investigation into the incident continues. MCPD had issued a statement in response to the AG’s office investigation.
A Silver Spring man has been arrested and charged in connection with a series of peeping tom and indecent exposure incidents in Gaithersburg and surrounding areas, with detectives warning there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
