The National Weather Service has increased confidence in potential winter weather headed our way this Thursday, according to the Day 4 Winter Storm Threat map they’ve released (valid Thursday 7am through Friday 7am).

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for Northwest MoCo starting at midnight and ending at 10am Monday morning (2/15).
Ice Storm Warning in Effect Until 7am Sunday (2/14)
The Winter Weather Advisory has been upgraded to an Ice Storm Warning for all of Montgomery County, lasting until Sunday morning at 7am.
Friday Night Update for Winter Weather Advisory Sat-Sun
The Winter Weather Advisory issued for tomorrow has been extended and now begins at 7am tomorrow (previously 10am) and runs until 7am on Sunday morning.

A winter weather advisory is in effect from 7pm this evening until 10am Thursday morning. 1-3 inches of snow is expected during this time.

This will be another two-part storm. Part one will likely start on Wednesday night and continue into Thursday afternoon before we see a lull until Thursday night into midday Friday.
