Kisco Senior Living has announced the addition of The Preston of Rockville, a senior living community in Rockville, MD, to its portfolio as of June 23, 2025. Formerly The Seneca Rockville, the community was previously owned by Silverstone Senior Living and has now been acquired by Kisco for $44 million, according to Biz Journals.
