North Bethesda
Federal Realty Investment Trust announced this week that it has completed the sale of Pallas at Pike & Rose in North Bethesda, marking a major Montgomery County transaction as part of a broader $170 million asset sale.
PetWellClinic, a veterinary care provider, has permanently closed its Pike & Rose location at 11802 Rockville Pike, Suite D (h/t pike.and.rozay on Instgram). The walk-in vet opened in October 2022. (more…)

(ASI), has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, the company announced this week. As part of the restructuring, the Value City Furniture location at 12055 Rockville Pike, located in the Montrose Crossing Shopping Center, is slated to close, according to USA Today.
