A couple years ago we showed you that the Chi-Chi’s location in Lakeforest Mall was boarded up, but almost left unchanged inside.
Back on January 1st we reported that Light House Tofu & BBQ would be closing at the end of January. Our article and social media posts led to an outpouring of support that allowed the restaurant to stay open longer, pushing back a scheduled auction of the restaurant’s equipment.
A week after that, we were told an agreement was made with the landlord to remain open for the time being.
