The Montgomery County Liquor Store located at 866 Muddy Branch Rd in Gaithersburg’s Muddy Branch Square has closed for an expected four months as renovations begin to convert the location into an Oak Barrel & Vine.

In August, we shared that Call Your Mother Deli would be returning to Bethesda with a new, permanent downtown location at 4828 St. Elmo Ave. A $475,000 permit has now been issued for construction, signaling that work is set to begin. While an exact opening date has not been announced, an opening later this year is expected.
