Signage for Fish Taco, the popular local restaurant known for its Baja-inspired cuisine, went up earlier this year at The Shops of Potomac Valley in Gaithersburg (12121 Darnestown Rd). A representative for the family-owned business shared that interior construction is set to begin soon, with an anticipated opening sometime in spring 2026.

One of Ocean City’s most beloved sandwich spots, and a social media sensation this summer, has officially wrapped up its season. Seaside Deli, known for its stacked subs, quick wit online, and beach-town charm, announced this past week that it has closed for the season and will reopen in March 2026.
