Our Mom Eugenia, a family-owned Greek restaurant with three Northern Virginia locations, is planning to open its first Maryland restaurant at Westbard Square in Bethesda. Maryland Newsletters reports that developer Regency Centers has pulled a permit valued at $1.7 million to prepare the space for the restaurant.
Kusshi Sushi has taken its first significant step toward opening its long-planned Germantown location, with a permit now issued for work at the upcoming restaurant.
El Mercat Bar de Tapas has permanently closed its Arlington, VA location after approximately one year in business, while its original restaurant at The Square in Rockville remains open.
