Also currently has locations in Montgomery and Wheaton malls. The Clarksburg location is currently hiring and aims to open this fall.

Aldo announced a restructuring in May of 2020 when it filed for creditor protection during the COVID-19 pandemic shutdowns. In 2022 the company announced a successful restructuring, which would “mark the beginning of a new chapter” for the company that has been in business for over 50 years. Current CEO David Bensadoun, whose father Aldo founded the chain in 1972, stated the following in 2022, “It is with great relief that we put this process behind us, and with excitement that we now look ahead.”

Baked Potato House, featuring “delicious stuffed potatoes”, is now open in the Clarksburg Premium Outlets, taking over the space that was previously home to Day & Night Cereal Bar. The cereal bar cleared out of the space in May and is expected to open in a new location sometime this summer.

Menu items at Baked Potato House include a “build your own” stuffed potato with toppings such as cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, gyro meat, broccoli, olives, sweet corn, and a variety of sauces, a selection of specialty baked potatoes, ice cream, and lemonade. The menu also features “wet burgers,” an Istanbul-style street burger that has been marinated in a special tomato sauce.

Based out of L.A, Day & Night Cereal bar featured bowls of cereal, ice cream, and milkshakes. Menu items included the Unicorn Breath (Fruity Lucky Charms, Fruity Pebbles, whipped cream, and strawberry drizzle) and the Rooooby Snacks (Cinnamon Toast Crunch, graham cracker, Oreo bits, and peanut butter and chocolate drizzles.)

According to its website, Day and Night has additional locations in Los Angeles, CA, Charlotte, NC, Springfield, VA, and Rock Hill, SC. H/t @lillymagillys
