PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans is moving forward with its second Montgomery County location, this time in Gaithersburg’s upcoming North Pointe at Flower Hill development. According to Maryland Newsletters, the company has secured a permit valued at $200,000 for construction to begin, with the shop expected to open in early 2026.

Gaithersburg-based Adventist HealthCare has been named to Newsweek’s 2025 list of Most Trustworthy Companies in America. The rankings were determined by examining three main public pillars of trust, customer trust, potential investor trust, and potential employee trust, as well as evaluating online remarks.

The Mid-Atlantic Sports Card Show, the largest inside the Beltway, is making room for a quieter start to the hobby’s busiest day. The show, which also features a large selection of Pokémon cards, returns to the Silver Spring Civic Center this Saturday, 11/29 from 10am to 3pm. Early admission begins at 9am, but founders Ryan and Mariana McCormick have added a special 8:30am entry time for children with sensory needs.
