Federal Realty recently announced today that Miles & Stockbridge committed to 915 Meeting, located in the Pike & Rose neighborhood in North Bethesda, MD. The building is now more than 90 percent leased as Robert Half and First Savings Mortgage relocated in early 2025.
The Pike Central Farm Market opens for the 2025 season on Saturday, April 26. The Market hosts a wide variety of vendors and is conveniently located in the parking lot next to Pinstripes at 935 Prose Street in North Bethesda’s Pike & Rose. (more…)
Brandy Melville has opened its first Maryland store at 11804 Grand Park Ave in North Bethesda’a Pike & Rose area, taking over the space formerly occupied by Evoluxxy.
Falafel Inc is now open at 11802 Rockville Pike, Suite G, in North Bethesda’s Pike & Rose– taking over the space previously occupied by Kung Fu Tea and Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt.
Sweathouz, a contrast therapy studio specializing in deliberate exposure to heat and cold, will open a 2,888-square-foot studio at North Bethesda’s Pike & Rose on Thursday, April 17.
Pike’s Peek, one of Montgomery County Road Runners Club’s premier racing events, will take place on Sunday, April 27th from 7:50am-10am.
