Kung Fu Tea will close its location at 11802 Rockville Pike in Pike & Rose after nearly ten years. January 30th will be the last day. The location started as Tutti Frutti.

bartaco has signed on to open its first Maryland location at 11886 Grand Park Ave. in North Bethesda’s Pike & Rose. It will be taking over the space that was previously home to Nada, which had a nearly eight year run that came to an end last September.
Pike & Rose is launching PIKEkids– Monthly Kids’ Activities at Pike & Rose in North Bethesda. “Bring the little ones and enjoy a day of creativity and connection. There is something new every to enjoy on the last Saturday of every month.”

After nine years, Strathmore will dim the lights on AMP, its popular Pike & Rose performance venue, when the lease ends on June 30. There are three different shoes left, with the last scheduled show is R&B and gospel singer-songwriter Kaiyla Gross (aka Gëtte) on Wednesday, June 26th.
