Montgomery County’s Alcohol Beverage Services will open a new Oak Barrel & Vine store at Westfield Wheaton on Sept. 25, featuring seven rare whiskeys and bourbons available exclusively at the grand opening on a first-come, first-served basis.

In April, Biz Journals reported that Unibal-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) had defaulted on a roughly $235 million securitized loan tied to Westfield Wheaton, the largest mall in suburban Maryland (DC Region) and the fourth largest in the Greater Washington area.
