Chief Antonio DeVaul from the Takoma Park Police Department has announced the arrest of Lancer Brown, 63, of Bowie, Maryland, for 1st degree assault after threatening two people with a machete in a Popeyes restaurant.
On November 10, at approximately 4:44 am, Takoma Park Police responded to the 7600 block of New Hampshire Avenue for the report of a strong-arm carjacking that had just occurred.
