He was one of just 24 students nationwide selected to participate in the esteemed Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals (OBAP) Lt. Col Luke Weathers Solo Flight Academy in Olive Branch, Mississippi.

On Saturday night, Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) officers from the 5th District responded to a shooting incident in Germantown. The call came in at 8:04 p.m., reporting gunfire in the vicinity of Beehive Lane and Brandermill Drive.

In an amazing display of skill and teamwork, the 11u Yellow Jackets Black team emerged victorious at the USSSA Eastern National tournament held in Ocean City. The team, based in Damascus, Maryland, under the Poolesville Athletic Association, showcased their prowess by going undefeated throughout the tournament and clinching the championship game with a decisive 12-1 victory, winning by mercy rule.

On Monday night, the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) issued a traffic advisory following a fatal single-vehicle collision on Northbound Great Seneca Highway at Mateny Road in Germantown.
