General admission is $25 per person, which includes chili tastings. Free Admission for kids under 18, Police Officers and their Family is provided by MCPF). All proceeds benefit the Foundation’s mission to strengthen community-police relationships, support officers wellness, and enhance public safety initiatives across Montgomery County.

In addition to delicious chili, attendees can enjoy local craft beer from Lone Oak Brewery, family activities, and opportunities to meet and interact with Montgomery County police officers in a fun, relaxed setting.

ESPN’s NFL insider Adam Schefter has reported that the Washington Commanders and Northwest Federal Credit Union are “announcing an exclusive naming-rights agreement for the team’s stadium. The team will usher in a new era at Northwest Stadium for its Sept. 15th home opener against the New York Giants.”

Update: All Lanes reopened at southbound I-495 (Outer Loop) at Exit 41 (Clara Barton Parkway). Expect residual delays.

Alert Montgomery has sent out a ‘Severe Traffic Alert’ for a traffic incident that blocks the three left travel lanes of Outer Loop I-495 just before Exit 41 (Clara Barton Parkway). “This may persist through the morning commute. Expect significant delays. Seek alternate route.”
