Mental Health with Meredith (MHM) is a new self-pay therapy practice serving adults in Bethesda, Maryland, and surrounding areas.

Founded by Meredith Adams, LCPC, LPC, and EMDRIA-Approved Therapist, MHM focuses on trauma-informed care and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Meredith provides individualized support for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions.

ZiZa Kabob will officially expand into Montgomery County next month, opening in the first half of September at 1675 Chapman Ave. in Rockville’s Twinbrook Quarter development, co-owner Fahim Rafiq told The MoCoShow. ZiZa Kabob’s name combines the names of the owners’ children, Zidane and Zayn. A first look inside the restaurant is available below.

Colesville

Update: The adult male victim has been transported to an area hospital with minor injuries. The suspect is now in custody.

Montgomery County Police Department 4th District officers and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) were dispatched at approximately 7:50 a.m. Friday to the 13000 block of New Hampshire Avenue in Colesville for the report of a stabbing. (more…)

Clyde’s, a restaurant with several locations across the D.C. metro area, was recently named the winner of the “Best Crabcake” category in Washington City Paper’s Best of D.C. awards. The competition included restaurants throughout D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia.
