On October 30, 2021 at approximately 11:56 a.m. Rockville City Police responded to a call for a stolen vehicle in the 900 block of Hungerford Drive.

Polestar Washington DC is now open at 15401 Frederick Road in Rockville, the first of Polestar’s electric car dealerships in the DC area.

Polestar is a Swedish automotive brand established in 1996 by Volvo Cars’ partner Flash/Polestar Racing and acquired in 2015 by Volvo, which itself was acquired by Geely in 2010. The Polestar name originates from the STCC Polestar racing team.


Gaithersburg

After more than four years of operations in Rockville, Saints Row has announced they will be moving to Old Towne Gaithersburg.

The brewery will be taking over the former Brawling Bear production and taproom facilities at 15 Fulks Corner Ave. Brawling Bear ceased operations last year.

The Rockville City Police Department has released a traffic statement letting residents know to prepare for an event which could cause possibly widespread traffic delays/backups during the evening rush hour in the area of Mannakee St. & Rt. 355 today (10/26/21) between the hours of 4-7pm.

Per Rockville Police: “Motorists should seek alternate routes to avoid potential traffic jams.”


North Bethesda

Federal Realty announced yesterday that Choice Hotels International, Inc. has signed a long-term lease to occupy 105,000 square feet in 915 Meeting Street, a new 276,000-square-foot trophy office building to be constructed at the award-winning mixed-use development of Pike & Rose in North Bethesda, Maryland.
