Food Delivery Driver Robbed and Carjacked

Detectives from the Major Crimes Division are investigating the robbery and carjacking of a food delivery driver outside of the Chick-fil-A at 825 Ellsworth Drive, in Silver Spring.

At approximately 1:45 p.m., on Friday, June, 11, Montgomery County police officers responded to the location of a stolen white 2019 Nissan Sentra.

The victim had exited the restaurant when he was approached by three Black males who attempted to grab the victim’s car keys from his hands. All three suspects entered the victim’s vehicle while the victim attempted to open the driver side door, but was pushed away by one of the suspects in the driver’s seat. They then drove off in the Nissan.

The suspects are described as Black males, dressed in all black, ranging in height between 5’10” and six feet tall. The Nissan has a MD registration with tags reading 6EM3337.
