Suspects Throw Food and a Chair at Chipotle Employee

Per MCPD: “3rd District Patrol officers are investigating a second-degree assault that occurred at the Chipotle restaurant in the 900 block of Ellsworth Drive in Silver Spring, on Sunday, November 26, 2023.

Officers have released surveillance video of the two female suspects and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying them.

At approximately 10 p.m., officers responded to the location for the report of an assault.

The investigation has revealed that the two female suspects entered the restaurant. One of the suspects began arguing with an employee and threw food at the employee. Then, the suspects threw a chair at the employee and left the scene.

Officers reviewed the restaurant’s surveillance cameras and obtained a description of the suspects.

One of the suspects is described as a Black female, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue shorts and orange slippers.

The second suspect is described as a Black female, with long black hair, wearing a long white coat, leggings and brown boots.
