MCFRS Respond to Building Fire in Damascus

Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a call for a building fire at 26131 Ridge Rd in Damascus at approximately 12:30pm Sunday afternoon.

According to MCFRS Chief Spokesperson Pete Piringer, units were dispatched for a building fire. Firefighters reported a fire in a commercial kitchen (fire in duct with extension to roof membrane of 26131/29 Ridge Rd). There were no injuries reported. The building and health inspector have been notified.
