The New Most Expensive Home For Sale in Montgomery County (March 2024)

Courtesy Realtor.com

For over a year, former Washington Commanders owner Dan Snyder’s Potomac home was the highest priced home for sale in Montgomery County. Earlier this month, it came off the market after it was announced that Snyder donated it to the American Cancer Society, and a new home now takes the crown-  9305 Inglewood Ct. in Potomac.

The 16,500+ SF home has been on the market for a little over a year and has 6 bedrooms to go along with 8.5 bathrooms on a 1.94 acre lot. It is being offered by Jae. G. Cho of COMPASS. The new construction was originally listed in 2020 for $22.5 million with the price decreasing a few times (with the listing removed and returning twice), before settling on the current $12.5 million price tag in July of 2023.

The home is referred to as “Little Versailles in Potomac” in the description and boasts 12 ft and 11 ft ceilings, Italian marble floors, an indoor swimming pool, intercom, a theater room, geothermal heating, a safe room, and a 15-car garage. Some additional photos can be seen below, per the listing, and the full listing is available here.
