The Party Place has opened its second location, officially opening its Burtonsville location earlier this week.
The store is located at 15632 Old Columbia Pike in the Burtonsville Town Center next to the newly opened Tobacco Hut.

The LC 12U MoCoLoco All-Stars beat Berlin Little League 11-3 in the State Championship game to bring home the banner.

The Montgomery County Board of Education (Board) conducted a hybrid (virtual and in-person) business meeting on Tuesday, July 27, 2021.
During the meeting, the Board received an update on fall reopening; took action on two charter school applications; made several administrative appointments; and took action on previous new business items. Papi’s Chicken & Grill has closed permanently in Damascus. The restaurant rebranded from “Peruvian Chicken & Grill” back in September of 2019.
