The following is a press release by Montgomery County:
Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich, after consultation with County Health Officer Travis Gayles and based on data, has issued Executive Order 19-21AM that will reopen indoor dining at 25 percent capacity effective Sunday, Feb. 14, 2021 at 7 a.m. Under this Executive Order, indoor dining would be limited to a 90-minute dining period and alcohol sales will be suspended at 10 p.m. The executive order was approved today, Feb. 9, by the County Council.

A winter weather advisory is in effect from 7pm this evening until 10am Thursday morning. 1-3 inches of snow is expected during this time.

This will be another two-part storm. Part one will likely start on Wednesday night and continue into Thursday afternoon before we see a lull until Thursday night into midday Friday.
MoCo Board of Education Approves “Plan for Safe Return to In-Person Instruction”
Today the Montgomery County Board of Education approved a plan and timeline for a safe return to in-person learning.
Today the Montgomery County Council approved the executive order allowing indoor dining to return at 25% capacity with 90 minute time limit.
