In April, Biz Journals reported that Unibal-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) had defaulted on a roughly $235 million securitized loan tied to Westfield Wheaton, the largest mall in suburban Maryland (DC Region) and the fourth largest in the Greater Washington area. 7-Eleven at 1319 Fenwick Lane in Silver Spring will permanently close on Wednesday, August 20, according to a report by Source of the Spring. The store is located on the lower level of the Arrive Silver Spring apartment complex.
