Waterplay
Let the kids enjoy water play, or challenge everyone to a game of miniature golf. South Germantown SplashPark and MiniGolf (opens in a new tab)is open this Thursday to Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm, but closed Monday.
Miniature Trains
Take a spin on a carousel or a trip on a miniature train. Wheaton Train and Carousel(opens in a new tab) is open Thursday and Friday, 12 pm to 5 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm. Cabin John Train(opens in a new tab) is open Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm. Purchase tickets at train station.
Tennis

History
Trek into history on the Underground Railroad Trail Guided Hike(opens in a new tab) at Woodlawn Manor Cultural Park on Saturday, July 2, 9:30 pm. Find out about those journeying north to freedom and learn ways those individuals navigated, eluded detection, and found shelter and food. Registration required.
Reading
Let your child read a story aloud to one of the resident animal ambassdors ambassadors at Locust Grove Nature Center during Read to a Critter(opens in a new tab) on Saturday, July 2, 4 pm to 6 pm. Sign up for a thirty minute time slot.
