Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 76-year-old man from Germantown.
Neville Fernando was last seen on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at approximately 8:45 a.m., in the 19700 block of Vaughn Landing Dr.
Fernando is approximately 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has grey and brown hair and brown eyes, and last seen wearing a black baseball cap, white t-shirt and navy pants. Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
