'At 3:30 a.m. this morning, Rockville City Police responded to call for burglary on Bullard Circle. The homeowner found an unknown suspect in his home and chased him out.
Police believe the suspect entered the home through an unlocked door. RCPD Investigators have we’re canvassing the area this morning and afternoon for any video surveillance from nearby homes.
