Shady Grove Medical Center has received a generous gift from the Ronald and Joy Paul Family Foundation for a state-of-the-art replacement Intensive Care Unit. The ICU, currently under construction within a new patient tower at the hospital, will be named The Ron and Joy Paul Family Intensive Care Unit once in service.

Per Montgomery County: “The Department of Correction and Rehabilitation (DOCR) has experienced three unrelated deaths of incarcerated individuals within a very short period. Germantown

Shoppers in Germantown (18066 Mateny Rd.), the last remaining Shoppers in Montgomery County, has put a new store policy into effect that does not allow anyone under 18 in the store without a parent/guardian above 21 years old on school days.

Burtonsville

Back in April we let you know that TJ Maxx, the discount department store that sells clothing, shoes, jewelry, and home décor would be one of Burtonsville Crossing’s new tenants in the revamped shopping center. Signage is now up at the upcoming location.

North Bethesda

One Medical, a membership-based primary care practice, is coming to North Bethesda’s Pike & Rose. It will be occupying a 5,133 SF space on the corner of Meeting St. and Rockville Pike, in the newest Pike & Rose building (915 Meeting St).
