This past Friday, the Rehoboth Beach Board of Commissioners adopted an amendment to the city code that establishes a curfew for minors, individuals who are under 18 years of age, from 11 pm-5 am daily.

Chase William Mulligan, 28, of Silver Spring, Maryland, pled guilty to two counts of producing child sexual abuse material in federal court. The charges are in connection with a scheme in which he met young girls through social media and internet chat rooms and eventually “sextorted” them.
