Edd, a former senior human resources employee for the Peace Corps, is charged with wire fraud, theft of government funds, and making false statements to federal agents.

While we don’t have much information about it, an unlucky Marylander lost their boat at the intersection of Montrose Rd. and Falls Rd. in the Rockville/Potomac area on Wednesday morning. Several readers sent in photos and videos of the boat, which we are told is causing some traffic issues at the intersection. The video can be seen below:
