Montgomery County Council committees will review two bills on March 27 aimed at expanding tax relief and encouraging housing development. Bill 3-25 proposes increasing income and net worth eligibility for the County’s supplement to the Homeowners’ Tax Credit, while Expedited Bill 2-25 would offer tax incentives for converting vacant commercial properties into residential units with affordable housing requirements.
