Governor Wes Moore released the FY 2026 supplemental budget, which includes funding adjustments and technical corrections. Key allocations include nearly $300 million for the Developmental Disabilities Administration, $37 million for the FAMLI program, and $15 million for the Registers of Wills, while reductions include $80 million from Strategic Energy Investment Fund initiatives and $37 million from non-union salary increases.

Beyond MoCo

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the FBI arrested David Alejandro Orellana-Aleman, a Salvadoran national and alleged high-ranking MS-13 leader, in Hyattsville, Maryland, on February 27.
