The Montgomery County Council will meet Tuesday, March 17 at 9:15 am, beginning with a proclamation recognizing National Theatre Day. During the session, the Council is expected to vote on zoning amendments aimed at expanding eligibility for biohealth campuses and mixed-income housing projects, review major portions of the FY27 to FY32 Capital Improvements Program including transportation, housing, stormwater, libraries, police facilities, and WSSC Water infrastructure, and hold a public hearing on a proposal to lease retail space at the Wheaton M-NCPPC headquarters to Silver Branch Brewing Company.
