The City of Rockville, in partnership with the Montgomery County Road Runners Club (MCRRC), welcomes all to participate in this autumn running tradition. Back for its 46th year, the Rockville 10k/5k runs along the streets of the King Farm community on a scenic and challenging, yet rewarding, course. It is an ideal venue to cap off your summer/fall training and kick off the upcoming winter running season. Runners of all abilities are welcome (15:00 min/mile pace enforced to re-open roads to the public in a timely manner – runners falling behind this pace will be moved onto the sidewalk). Walkers are encouraged to participate in the5k distance due to the road closure time restrictions.
