‘Ride On Reimagined’ Customer Satisfaction Survey Offers Chance to Win a $100 Gift Card

The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is asking current, former and potential Ride On bus users to take a Customer Satisfaction Survey, which will be available online through Friday, Oct. 7. Those who participate will be entered into a drawing that will award $100 gift cards to the names selected.

The survey is available in English and Spanish. Amharic, Simplified Chinese, French, Hindi, Korean and Vietnamese will be added soon. To participate in the survey, go to Qualtrics Survey | Qualtrics Experience Management.

The “Ride On Reimagined” study is a comprehensive, forward-looking assessment of the bus network that may result in significant recommended changes regarding how bus transit (including Ride On and Metrobus) operates based on current and future needs.

This survey is a vital part of the Ride On Reimagined study. It will provide MCDOT with a clearer understanding of riders, where they are going and their impressions of transit service. MCDOT wants to learn what it is doing well and what aspects of its operation need improvement.

MCDOT will also host pop-up events around the County throughout September to interact with Ride On users. The schedule of events includes:

  • Rockville Town Square. Monday, Sept. 12. 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • Silver Spring Transit Station. Tuesday, Sept. 20, 7-10 a.m.
  • Westfield Wheaton Mall. Wednesday, Sept. 28, 3-6 p.m.

Pop-up events that are postponed as a result of inclement weather will be rescheduled for the next day at the same time and location. Questions or comments about the Ride On Reimagined study can be emailed to [email protected].
