Rockville Woman Arrested for Conspiracy to Commit Robbery of a Food Delivery Driver

A Rockville woman has been arrested for her role in the robbery of a food delivery driver which occurred on February 18, 2023 in the 700 block of Fallsgrove Drive, according to Rockville Police.

Per the press release: Demia Lincoln-Scott, age 20, of the 700 block of Fallsgrove Drive, was arrested without incident by RCPD Detectives on March 16, 2023. She has been charged with Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Assault, and Conspiracy to Commit Second Degree Assault.

The Rockville City Police Department’s (RCPD) Criminal Investigation Unit determined Lincoln-Scott conspired with Gerrard Harrison, the suspect who was arrested on March 3, 2023 by RCPD and the Montgomery County Major Crimes Division, for the robbery of a food delivery driver.

On February 18, 2023, Lincoln-Scott called a restaurant and specifically requested the food order be delivered to an incorrect apartment building. She instructed the food delivery driver walk to the fourth floor where she had no intention of retrieving the food. Once the delivery driver arrived at the location, he was robbed at gun point of the food and cash by Harrison.
