The Chevy Chase Land Company has announced the sale of Chase Manor to Toll Brothers, Inc., which will be redeveloping the site into a new luxury townhome community named Chevy Chase Crossing.
Starbucks has opened its newest Montgomery County location in the redeveloped Westbard Square. The previous Starbucks at 5438 Westbard Avenue in the Westwood Shopping Center closed last December. The new store is located at 5310 Westbard Ave.
