On Thursday, Baltimore Police announced that an arrest warrant was issued for 24-year-old John Callis of Baltimore following the brutal assault that was captured in the now-viral video of Callis assaulting two Washington Commanders fans following last Sunday’s Ravens/Commanders game. Today, the department has announced he has been arrested.
District 4 (Wheaton) Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) Commander David Smith shared that specialized team recently officers recovered illegal firearms and pressed fentanyl during two traffic stops on Bel Pre Road and the ICC, leading to the arrest of two individuals. Additionally, a police cruiser was struck during one of the stops, resulting in minor damage but no injuries. (more…)
