According to the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office, “The Honorable Harry Storm has sentenced defendant, Kaleab Berhanu, 21, of Baltimore, to two consecutive life sentences plus 20 years for the shooting death of 20-year-old Carlos Carter.
