Springbrook High School principal Stephanie Valentine sent a letter to the school community providing an update on a serious incident involving an email threatening to “bomb the school” that caused the school to move into a “Shelter-In-Place” for a period of time today. The Maryland School Counselor Association (MSCA) has announced that Andrew Bock of Clearspring Elementary School in Damascus has been named “Novice School Counselor of the Year.”
