A Montgomery County judge sentenced Francisco Lara-Garcia to life in prison, suspending all but 40 years, for the murder of his ex-girlfriend, 20-year-old Keylin Chavez Dominguez, whose remains were found in January 2023 after he had falsely reported her missing.

The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects connected to a reported theft at an Ulta Beauty store on Columbia Pike in Burtonsville. Detectives from the 3rd District Patrol Investigations Unit released surveillance images of the individuals and are seeking information that may help identify them. (more…)
