An 18-wheeler is currently stopped, possibly while attempting to make a U-turn, at southbound Route 355 (Frederick Rd) and Professional Drive in Gaithersburg. Montgomery County Police are on scene.
Vehicles traveling on 355 are being directed to turn right onto Professional Drive and cut through the 7-Eleven parking lot in order to continue along 355. Drivers should expect major delays in the area until the truck is cleared.
The suspect wanted in connection with the shooting death of his wife inside of their Fairland home is in custody. 58-year-old Edwin Javier Aragon is accused of shooting and killing Sarahi Concepcion Aragon-Cruz, on Thursday, November 6, 2025.
