Congressional Plaza in Rockville will host its first-ever FALLFest on Saturday, October 11, bringing a full day of fitness, family fun, and seasonal celebrations to the community. The event runs from 9am to 2pm in conjunction with FITRow’s outdoor fitness classes in the plaza’s parking lot and will feature activities for all ages, free to attend and open to the public.
A major redevelopment is underway in Rockville, where Bethesda-based developer EYA LLC has purchased three parcels in the Decoverly Hall office campus for $18 million with plans to build over 200 townhomes, according to a Biz Journals report.
A new spot for authentic Nepali cuisine has officially arrived in Rockville. Royal Durbar is now open daily from 11:30am–9:00pm. The restaurant has taken over the space that was most recently home to Damso Korean BBQ at 1319 Rockville Pike in the Woodmont Station shopping center. The space was previously occupied by Saffron Indian Cuisine.
