In October we let you know that ZiZa Kabob, which opened its first restaurant at 7351 Assateague Dr. in Jessup, signed on to open its second location in the Twinbrook Quarter development that features the new Wegmans in Rockville. Now, the restaurant has secured a permit valued at $450K to begin interior construction.

Pollo Campero is scheduled to open in the Wheaton Mall food court on Wednesday, July 9. The restaurant is located in the space previously occupied by Moe’s Southwest Grill.
Last month, we informed you that Green Bamboo Asian Bistro, located at 5751 Fishers Ln. in Rockville, MD, had closed its doors. Now, a new restaurant is set to take its place and will open on Saturday, July 5th.
Agora, which opened its first restaurant at 1527 17th St NW DC back in 2010, is a Mediterranean restaurant specializing in Turkish, Greek, and Lebanese cuisine served tapas-style. The restaurant has since opened a location in Tysons Corner, VA in 2019, and will now be opening its first Maryland location in Bethesda, according to Biz Journals.
