After more than two decades as a staple of the Washington region’s dining scene, Cubano’s is entering a new chapter. The Bethesda location of the beloved Cuban restaurant has been listed for sale as the current owners prepare to move out of state. The Silver Spring location closed last year after more than 20 years in business.

Bao Bei is now open at 12055 Rockville Pike in the Montrose Crossing shopping center. The fast-casual restaurant is serving up authentic Taiwanese street food. Founded by the talented and Montgomery County-raised Kevin Hsieh, Bao Bei has built a loyal following from its roots as a ghost kitchen and its national television appearance, and it is now ready to serve the community from its new brick-and-mortar location.
