Qdoba has signed on to open its fourth Montgomery County restaurant, taking over the space previously occupied by Eco Cleaners at 3486 Olney Laytonsville Road in the Olney Shopping Center, according to leasing documents. The fast-casual Mexican chain will be located next to Royal Bagel Bakery, according to leasing documents.

The City of Gaithersburg, in partnership with The Peterson Companies and rio, will host the 24th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade at rio, located at Rio Boulevard and Grand Corner Avenue. The parade will step off at 10am along Grand Corner Avenue, with free parking available in three garages along Washingtonian Boulevard on Saturday, March 14th.
Caruso’s Grocery has landed on Eater DC’s newly released list of the “Best Pasta Places Around DC,” and it stands alone as the only restaurant in Maryland to earn a spot. The first Caruso’s Grocery, which still operates, opened in May 2021 inside The Roost on Capitol Hill in DC.
