On Monday, October 20, the Montgomery County Council’s Transportation and Environment Committee will review Bill 24-25, which proposes repealing the County’s existing Transportation Demand Management program to create a more flexible and accountable approach. Later that day, the Planning, Housing and Parks Committee will continue its review of the University Boulevard Corridor Plan, which outlines updated land use, zoning, and transportation recommendations for the corridor from Silver Spring to Wheaton.
