The Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office, in partnership with local organizations, is hosting a free expungement clinic on May 17 to help eligible individuals begin the process of clearing certain charges from their criminal records with on-site legal assistance and conditional approvals. The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGCPD) Homicide Unit arrested and charged a suspect in connection with the fatal shooting of his friend on Saturday in Beltsville. The suspect is 18-year-old Kimaury Kamara of Mt. Holly Spring, PA. He’s charged with manslaughter in connection with the fatal shooting of 16-year-old Derrick Palmer of Beltsville, who we are told was a student at Kennedy High School in Silver Spring.
