Construction has begun at the former Best Buy space in Gaithersburg that will soon become Montgomery County’s first Hobby Lobby.
The MoCoShow is teaming up with local community leader Marquis Evans to help support families in need this holiday season through the return of the Stuff the Ambulance Toy Drive, taking place Saturday from 11:00am to 4:00om at Summer House Santa Monica at Pike & Rose.

A new burger concept is coming to Pike & Rose, with Char’d set to take over the space that was home to BurgerFi for more than six years.

Go Fresh 365, the Chinese and Asian supermarket chain, is now open at 1800 Rockville Pike in Rockville, taking over the former Safeway space at The Galvan at Twinbrook (photos below).

Dor-Ne Corset Shoppe, a cherished specialty retailer known for its expert fittings and high-quality undergarments located at 8126 Georgia Ave., has announced it will be closing after 93 years in business. The longtime owners, who are retiring, shared the news of a “going out of business, everything must go”sale earlier this month along with word that the business is now available to purchase.
